What is Montessori?

Dr. Maria Montessori the founder of Montessori education based her research on a child's ability to learn through scientific observations of other children. These observations led her to believe that children are able to learn via self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. Fast forward, present day, this approach hasn't just been adopted by thousands of schools worldwide, but her theory has been instrumental in helping so many children understand their true potential at a very young age.

Montessori classrooms are specifically designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of language, mathematics, science, music, social interactions and much more.

In a Montessori classroom children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and the highly trained teachers guide the process.

Children's ages range from 2 and a half to 6 years of age in our Montessori. Each student works towards self-development while helping one another discover new and engaging activities.
